Liked: The location was the only tolerable thing about this hotel
Disliked: Advertised and booked a room that didn't even exist. Asked for non smoking in three different areas while booking due to severe allergies and was placed in a smoking room. When asked to change rooms I was told " Well so in so has spent hours cleaning that room so it should be fine". You could smell the smoke frome outside the door. Finally got a room change that the bathroom door didn't shut, it was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and made so much noise with the slightest movement. There was no breakfast as advertised either.

Liked: Employee Whitney at front desk was extremely nice, best customer service, and helpful with all my questions. She needs a raise.
