It was all pretty good...

Liked: Everything met our expectations. Food was good & temperature of food great. The timing of people was great. We loved the variety of oatmeal & the fruit, which was very good.
Disliked: We stayed 2 nights, but while we were out, our room was not serviced or trash taken out, bed not made, no extra towels or washcloths at all. I told the front desk and he replied that there were no extra towels to be had. I told the day shift lady, and she said she would get on it right away.

Short and could of been...

Liked: Only thing we really liked was the side door.
Disliked: I did not know there was not an elevator. Plus having a baby with you makes it hard to carry your stuff up n down. The towel rack for hand towels was loose. Also the tub grab bar was loose.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Ants in the room. Fridge was dripping water inside. PTAC was not functioning properly, the room seemed humid and there was an odor.
