Overall is good but some...

Liked: Located in town, has own parking lot.
Disliked: In the room was smell of unwashed human right out of the box.

Passable

Disliked: NOTE! There is NO breakfast in spite of what Booking says. The receptionist (who by the way was totally uninterested in us as guests) told us that they stopped offering breakfasts over a year ago.

Pleasant stay

Liked: This is a contractor motel, meaning electrical and gas line crews bed here, therefore expect lots of trucks in the parking lot. The room is older, but was clean and spacious and quiet. Breakfast was typical and of note was how helpful the main manager was during our stay. At breakfast most of the offerings were gone due to said contractors. He then proceeded to go to the local grocery store and returned with milk, bananas and yogurt. What a nice touch. Price was reasonable compared to the competition.

Liked: We stayed here while visiting Pitt/Bradford university. Short drive to campus. Everything was excellent.

It was okay. Good for...

Liked: Had issues trying to use the TV. Couldn’t get it to work properly. Had to unplug the entire system to try to get it to work. The shower needs some type of handle or bar in it. It was very slippery. There was no traction and nothing to hold on to. There was hardly anything for breakfast and we were there earlier. Didn’t know how to work the waffle machine so didn’t try it.
