Everything was great about it. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff and clean room. Made sure our room was clean each day. Will definitely stay here if we need to again!

Liked: Friendly staff. Very attentive to needs. Continental breakfast was great!
Disliked: None.

The two associates at the front (PM and AM) were really helpful and referred us to late night food spots and a great nearby bar.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: The lady in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. We were making plates a little after 10 and she quickly put everything away before my husband had a chance to make his plate. I get that it was after 10 but you're working in the hospitality industry for goodness sake.

I would probably stay at a different hotel.

Liked: Was close to Austin360 Amphitheatre.
Disliked: Looked to be in the process of being worked on. Also traffic in the area because the highway is being worked on.

I liked that it was close by but it had some serious flaws for the price.

Liked: The room was clean and close to the venue.
Disliked: The A/C filter was so clogged we had to take it out. There was a dirty mattress propped outside our room window. The pillows were so small my husband's head was bigger than them.

Do not book!

Disliked: Nasty place, on top of that the breakfast was even more horrid! And not to mention their elevator was out for the day and night of the concert. Terrible experience.
