Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: No elevators. That was a struggle for me because I have respiratory issues.

Liked: Nothing really the room was dirty we asked for a different room and was told the GM doesn't like doing that. Our needs wasn't met only attempts was to bring a microwave and refrigerator which was supposed to be in the room originally. needs The breakfast was limited even though it was supposed to be a full breakfast and the juice machine was down. Only breads was white,wheat and plain bagel or make a waffle there was no butter so it was all plain. The first day the sides were eggs and under cooked sausage it was still cold in the middle the next day they didn't have bagels just toast, biscuits and gravy with with yogurt and cereal and no juice.
Disliked: The rooms was dirty and didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in it which I booked. The tv didn't work they asked us to wait 4 hrs until they had it fixed. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and the wood around the windows are rotten and chipped so cold air comes in the room. The lamps were filthy the sheets was dirty and the skirt. I also had 2 bites that was reported with and empathy or concern just seemed normal. When I asked about a form of compensation I was told from the employee at front desk the GM doesn't allow that. Which is unheard of under these conditions.
