Liked: Staff was excellent, warm, friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus, we liked the waffles and biscuits and gravy.
Disliked: Not really the hotels issue but we saw around 10 homeless people hanging out between the hotel property and the Safeway grocery store 2 blocks down the road. It made us very uncomfortable, especially when covered parking under the hotel was full and you had to park across the street.

Overnight stay before ferry ride...

Liked: Easy check-in; great location for anyone taking the ferry next day, overall cleanliness & early start time for the free breakfast (6 AM)
Disliked: Prices are on the high side. While supply and demand plays a part; it still feels like the price & perceived value aren’t fully aligned

Great stay for the area

Liked: The location, the staff, and breakfast were great.
Disliked: The room was clean but not clean, clean. The floors were really dated carpet and there were some places that needed deep cleaning.
