Liked: Nice location and very spacious
Disliked: Food was over priced and over cooked, we complained about the roast potatoes but just said they had passed on to the kitchen.

Liked: The breakfast was cold and tasteless.

Extremely disappointing and will not...

Liked: The hotel is in. Great location and had the physical potential to be outstanding. The spa looked nice although we didn’t use it.
Disliked: An unexpected entry into my room without knocking at 8 am was unacceptable. The delays in service for food and drink wasn’t great and food was mostly cold.

Liked: Staff at b'fast especially Kira - very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The staff were all very lovely and helpful.

Liked: The spa is a beautiful hotel ,the grounds also are lovely to walk around , the furnishings inside also lovely and comfortable , staff are extremely helpful and friendly sorting out any problems or questions you have , brilliant breakfast , great cocktail bar and waiter ,and really good location for Tunbridge wells
Disliked: Only negative was my room hadn’t been refurbished yet , my friends had , mine was a little faded and could do with new carpet and bathroom updated ,also no coffee machine in my room which apparently it should . Only other thing is I didn’t find the pillows at all comfortable , rather small squashed ones if that’s a good description , not the size of normal ones in hotels or at home

Liked: Lovely reception area, lovely room with all we needed. Restaurant looked lovely although didn't have a chance to try on this occasion, perhaps next time! Enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar.

Stylish and comfortable stay -...

Liked: Stylish and spacious room with a very comfortable bed, I enjoyed a great night's sleep in a quiet location. The facilities were well-equipped and the restaurant and lobby areas were well kept and decorated. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The pool area was clean but quite small with only a few beds by the pool, so be mindful of busy times.
