Disliked: The rooms are rather dated. There was none to help with luggage.

Liked: Large comfortable bed. Welcoming breakfast server (in particular the team leader who was on).
Disliked: Welcome when we arrived at reception was Luke warm. Then our actual room was freezing, and we soon realised the radiator was turned off. - we stayed the weekend of storm Bert high wind and rains. Tea brand in room was poor. We had massages and they were mediocre to say the least very sadly. I’m pregnant and had to lay on one side, and my masseuse seemed terrified of letting me turn over or tbh of massaging me at all.

Disliked: Room was cold , unable to get warm air from the aircon.TV not working properly.Slow service at breakfast .Surprised that only filter coffee is part of the pre paid breakfast and that there is a charge for any other type of coffee.

Excellent hotel, great location.

Liked: Check in excellent, room upgraded. Hotel cleanliness excellent. Positioning of The Spa hotel is excellent for getting to the main Tunbridge Wells area. Excellent car parking.
Disliked: On booking breakfast was not included, decided to book fr breakfast but no reduction for staying guests forthcoming upon request, only full price offered £17 each which I felt could be tweaked for paying guests.

Liked: Very comfortable. We were pleased with our room upgrade. Pool and spa facilities very good. Friendly staff.

Liked: Everything but i couldn't have the baked items and there was any dairy free yogurts. We were advised it was extra for cappuccino.
