Good place. Would stay again...

Liked: Good breakfast. Had turkey sausages besides the regular assortment of muffins, pancakes and other things. Don't know if this was because of a sunday morning or if this is their regular menu, but we had a solid breakfast before leaving the hotel. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing really, it was a good hotel. we did not get great rates that night, but no complains about the facility.

Very dirty

Liked: Location was good and the room was ok.
Disliked: We specifically booked this location for the pool and hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub looked dirty and low on water therefore we did not get to enjoy the amenities and the reason why we booked this hotel. This location smelt like stale cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The elevator was very dirty and needed a good scrub down. We didn't eat the breakfast due to the lack of cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely false advertising with the pictures that are posted on the website. Very disappointed and will not return to this hotel.

Will never stay there again.

Liked: The pool was full of algae and the water was cold. The spa was green and had a black ring around the water line. Our tub did not drain so we we standing in dirty water during our showers. The breakfast food was cold and very bland. The coffee machine was too hot to drink One of the staff was argumentative to our complaints. All of this goes in the didn't like column
Disliked: All of the above. I asked for a 30% refund and the manager insulted me with a 10% refund.
