Very disappointed

Disliked: Had ant issues and monday morning woke up at 730 am with all the noise from stuff being dropped outside our window. They were doing construction said they woul email me with coupn for 40% off next stay. They never emailed me.

Lousy

Liked: Very noisy hallway until nearly 4am!! Very loud. Staff outside smoking! No one dealing with unruly customers yelling in hallways! Went for breakfast, came bVk to our room at 10am, key had been deprogramned!! Nit sure why since checkout is 11am!?!
Disliked: Noise, lack of staff.

I've stayed here many times

Liked: Great place to stay when visiting Mystic I liked the room size and the beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The pool was closed for the season cos it's outdoors
