Liked: The location is absolutely perfect and close to all of the touristy things to do. The room was also bigger than I thought, or rather, furnished in a way made made it feel quite big, given that the square footage was listed. The staff were all friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast had more to it than I expected, though lacked fruit overall. The bacon and eggs were delicious though.
Disliked: The tub mat that makes it so you don't slip was scummy to the point I didn't shower because I was afraid of putting my bare feet on it. Otherwise everything was very well cleaned.

Disliked: Beds are not comfortable! Tolerable for a night or two but no more than that.

Liked: Nice hotel. Very clean. Nice beds. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Especially Stephen at the front desk. It was nice to have breakfast right there at the hotel. No need to go out early to eat. Food was good and plentiful. Very clean eating area.
Disliked: Nothing. All was good.

Liked: Very nice property, it was clean they asked me what floor I wanted to stay on. Very safe area. Breakfast was OK however there were no forks but I’m sure she would’ve got to it when she wasn’t busy. I wish they had fresh fruit and not just apples. Also, the water in the lobby was not hot for tea.
Disliked: I had an emergency come up and I was hoping that I could cancel my room however I wasn’t allowed to due to my policy agreement. That wasn’t the hotel‘s fault but I would’ve even paid half price if they allowed me to cancel at least
