Disliked: Horrible rooms stank like cigarettes even if it was a non smoking room. And they had all this good rooms empty and still denied giving us one of those.

Disliked: A/C was noisy, NO COFFEE and very little food available for any sort of a breakfast.

Liked: My kids had breakfast…they said everything was good except the juice…it had a funny taste …the day cleaning lady was great…the night clerk was very nice
Disliked: The day clerk didn’t communicate with nights…the kids didn’t get to get into the pool until after 2 because it wasn’t clean…my microwave didn’t work….my tub wouldn’t stop up for a bath….my 2cd room door wouldn’t lock at one point which had my older kids in it so I had to stay awake all night to watch their room…but at the end the night clerk made up for it and gave me a discount…and the only reason I was concerned was I had my grandson in the room with me and didn’t want him to eat cold food…but I will stay again…I stay there every time I go to MossPoint and this was the 1st time I have actually had a problem

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like that the hotel room had an odor to it. My husband told me that it's probably because it's an older place.
