Quality Inn Moses Lake

This motel desperately needs a giant makeover. I was given another room, after I told them that my TV did not work, and the refrigerator was freezing my water and other food items. The 2nd room had just had the shower remodeled, but there was already grout falling out, and even though I had the shower curtain positioned properly, the design was poor, and the bathroom floor flooded. There was also wallpaper peeling from the wall. It was not at all worth the $117 per night I spent. I advise people to look elsewhere for a room, until they can get their problems solved. The people were very nice, and did try their best.

Great value for a place to stay. Staff was helpful and made the stay more enjoyable just by being friendly. They were very accommodating as we had a special request that they filled with no problem.

Liked: Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: No elevator.

This hotel is in need of some repair and good old fashioned elbow grease. It will not be my first or second choice when returning to Moses Lake.

Liked: Having a Perkins restaurant within walking distance was great and the easy freeway access.
Disliked: The room could have used a "good" cleaning. The provided hair dryer wasn't working.

Liked: Quality Inn is a far cry from anything quality! This place is a run down over priced DUMP! Drug and bug infested DUMP!! It is filthy, paint is peeling, furniture is stained with who knows what. It is not secure ( exit doors left propped open. First floor rooms are in the basement. There is no elevator. The staff are not well trained. There is nothing nice to be said about this place! The pictures on the website do not match the actual facility. It is over priced and unsafe. The Quality Inn Corponeed to inspect this hotel and strip the franchise owner of the right to do business under their name.
