Liked: Firm bed, clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom, toiletries, clean room, fridge, tv with Showtime and cable. Near subway
Disliked: Wear and tear on furniture and decor. One lamp by one side of the bed, small tv, no Netflix. Plenty of plugs but no usb ports.

Dangerous, smelly and expensive

Liked: Location was the only positive.
Disliked: There was a bathroom socket with no safety cover plate in the bathroom which was a potential serious safety issue. The hairdryer or bathroom plug sockets were broken.There was a sharp screw sticking out of the wardrobe door. There were screws sticking out of the mirror. The room smelled strongly potentially of chlorine when we arrived at about 7pm.The safe did not work. The luggage storage is an room open and used by cleaning staff and should not incur a 10 dollar charge per item! We had to pay 30 dollars for three bags. We had to take extra care and could not let our children move around the room unsupervised due to the serious safety issues. The room cost of $282.29 for one night was also very expensive for this room that smelled and was unsafe. Staff that don't care and don't respond to your issues.
