Disliked: The sheets n pillows were dirty as if someone spilled red juice n stepped on the pillow

Noisy, Overpriced, impolite housekeepers.

Liked: The room was dirty. There was a big bucket of dirty water sitting in the breakfast area.
Disliked: I was close to the back door, so the " smokers " kept coming in and all hours of the night.

I was very unsatisfied there

Liked: Customer service was poor. We was made to come up and down stairs to change room and get new sheets to the second room given to us.
Disliked: First room bolt lock was broke in half.Second room had multiple problems…it was some white thick like under the covers the mattress bed had huge pee stains on it. The mirror in the room was cracked the toilet handle was broken.

Not Clean!!

Liked: The hotel has dirty sheets.The hot tub looks like someone boiling a tea bag and they are not clean at all. Was very not satisfied!!

Liked: It was supposed to be a hot breakfast and there was no hot breakfast. It was cereal and I guess you could classify when you make your waffle that is hot.
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude right from the beginning . It was my wife, my mother, and I and I am wheelchair bound and he was bitching right away about us tracking up the floor with my wheelchair and our shoes because it was raining out at the time and he expected us not even Bring in our luggage , he was just obnoxiously rude and not saying it nicely. If I put what he truly was, you guys probably won’t post this review. Let’s just put it that way.

Disliked: They put me in a room where the door lock was broken the guy at the front desk was so mad and gave me bad attitude because I didn’t feelSafe and wanted a new room for me to get a new room with all types of broken mirrors the place is a shit show
