We did not feel safe...

Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: There front door was locked when we arrived. The desk attendant let us in but then quickly locked it again and told us that there was a “druggy” harassing her that she had called the police on. She said that was a frequent problem. This location did not feel safe.

Awful and dirty

Liked: The only lady that was on the night we stayed was amazing, thats a big hotel for one lady to look after all night.
Disliked: The first room we were given, the carpet was water logged, we changed rooms to another and the room had not even been made, so another trip to reception to give us another room that had no pillows on the bed, another trip to reception to get pillows but the lady could not leave reception to get us some so i had to go try multiple rooms to get clean pillows. We were offered another room but with a baby and all luggage to move we had enough and stayed in the last room that had hairs and stains on the linens. Awful experience

should improve on breakfast and...

Disliked: When i went for breakfast, the attendant said, the breakfast finished already and there is nothing left, eventhough it was just start of breakfast time.

Any chance of a refund?...

Liked: Upgraded us to a suite whichwas big and had a jaquzzi tub which made the kids happy as pool was closed.
Disliked: Booking.com should take this property off their website. Pool was empty, hot tub closed, that was just the start. They did upgrade our room due to those things but the hotel was awful. Staff were unhelpful. They had no towels to give when ours were wet, no toiletieries to give out. Worst of all was breakfast. I have photos of the waffle maker taken at 7am. It was filthy. Dangerously so. Disgusting. Stale ceeal, no fruit, sour orange juice. We had to go and buy breakfast which is such a pain as we had kids swimming in a comp needing to be in the water at 8am. I always pick hotels with breakfast when they compete and this one we couldn't utilise. We also think they are housing the homeless and subletting. There did not seem to be any other hotel stayers besides us and our friends that were your regular kind of guest. Everyone else at the want of a better word was super sketchy. No joke.

Disliked: Keys doesn't work, even with 3 times reloading. Dirty breakfast area with very limited food options and disgusting ,,orange" juice, and BED BUGS !!!

Not even worth the reduced...

Liked: The sheets were clean
Disliked: Room was musty, there was dirt and dust everywhere. The carpet was wet from a leak somewhere in the bathroom. Arrived late at night, most food services around the location were closed. They had a vending machine but they don’t have any cash on site which meant it was useless unless I brought cash.

Won’t come back for second...

Liked: Nothing much to say!
Disliked: The hotel in general was not very clean, the room was quite unpleasant to stay, carpet all dirty and stained, tub with some mold around the silicones, shower head very stiff and full of calcium. Pool wasn’t working. Only one staff at night.
