Quality Inn Lynchburg

I will never stay at this Quality Inn ever again. We got to this hotel around 2:00. Front desk said room is not ready. Lady said to come back at 3:00, so we did, the room was not ready until after 4:00 more like 4:30-4:45. We had to sit in our car, waiting for our room to be cleaned. Bless the cleaning ladies heart she tried to clean up a really flithy room from the night before, quickly. It still smelled like stale alcohol. Bathroom floor nasty. The place is falling apart - another hotel that doesn't put a dime back into the property. The price $349 for 2 nights, which I am going to contact my Congressman to see what I can do about this price gouging when a conference was being held there. I was talking to another guest at breakfast, they paid $139 a night. No I will not let this go. Worst experience ever with a hotel! Don't stay here!

In all it was neat...

Liked: What was expected, but that was fine.
Disliked: Probably the staff would never notice but the bed in room 216 had a loud and obnoxious metallic clink when turning over and could use a repair.

Liked: I didn't expect much it was a last-minute stay that lasted 2 days. The room itself had potential, meaning that had someone clean it properly, it'd be decent. I had to buy disinfectant spray, towel, and wash cloth along with bug spray. Something that wasn't an issue for me due to the stains on what was provided by the hotel. As far as the bug spray, it is an outdoor sorta hotel, so bugs will make a way in. My main concern was that I was in a dispute with someone and needed space, I said that to say this, my location was found, but my room number was given out from someone at the front desk. That was an issue for me, but I survived my stay but don't think I would return.
