I would not recommend due...

Disliked: Check time was 3pm but we were not able to check in till 6 pm. We had to find something to do and were up longer than needed. I was told the hotel was booked out the day before…. I’m not understanding still why the room was ready. This makes me question the quality of cleaness of the my room.

Bad attitude by staff makes...

Liked: Did not stay and rather not ever wish to make this my choice after being treated as though I was irritating the front counter lady by asking for assistance. I hate giving a bad review but I must tell the truth. This one deserved to be shared.
Disliked: Lady at evening/night front desk did not want to help or be bothered. Passive aggressive with codecending attitude then says goodbye to get rid of you. Needs a class in service industry. Obviously does not like her job dealing with her customers or the public.

Liked: We loved the clean and neat room and hotel in general. The breakfast was good for what it was mostly just grab and go options not cooked meals like before covid staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Their is also room for trailer parking behind the hotel or across the street behind outback steakhouse
Disliked: This hotel does not take any form of cash and a deposit was required at time of check in I used booking to book the room and wasn't informed about either one of these so it was inconvenient to have to go find a bank before they closed to deposit the money for all 3 of my rooms. Wish they offered the discount rate for busco beach atv park guest like some hotels in that area do, we would stay more often if they did and generally travel with a large group everytime we come down

Liked: Property was clean & in a good area
Disliked: Poor customer service ! One lady would be away fromThe desk and inside the laundry room too much talking , another lady would always have an attitude like she didn’t wanna be there or really help you out with what you needed. There was one lady (nightshift) who actually was respectful, nice, and professional!

You get what you pay...
