Liked: Nothing they had bedbugs and wouldn’t give us our money back stayed an hour
Disliked: They wouldn’t give me my refund when I have proof they have bedbugs

Disliked: As soon as you walk in the air freshener that they have their is an overpowering cologne smell. You could barely understand the staff because they don't speak very getting English, and then they tell us where our room is. And as we're walking to our room, we've passed the stairwell, and it smells like somebody's been smoking 3 packs a day in there we get to our room and some of the linens have holes in them and stains on the sheets.the pillows Were the size of a couch pillow. The bathroom floor needed cleaned. They had shampoo conditioner and lotion, but no soap for your body. The hair dryer didnt work. They have rules that you cant take breakfast to your room. You have to have shoes on for you to get breakfast and the Breakfast kids of waffles, 2 types of cereal.Muffins and juice. The pool was closed so the kids didnt get to swim. Not to mention that the back door was propped open and a lady of the night was walking out of the hotel.

Disliked: The Hot tub was cold and the pool closed at 9 and opened at 10, the breakfast was very limited and if your a diabetic there was nothing to eat

Liked: Staff was wonderful but the hotel was dirty and had very questionable guests staying there. Did not feel safe and had to check out early due to that.

Liked: Absolutely awful. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Parts of the ceilings were also missing.

Location was the only pleasant...

Liked: Staff didn’t want to give us extra towels when we asked for some after they didn’t have any by the pool. We asked for an extra pillow which we never received. The entirety of the building smelled like marijuana. There was 3 inches of water on the ground around the pool table making it impossible to use. Breakfast is supposed to be there until 9. We got down there at 8:55 and it was already shut down. When we were packing up to leave housekeeping went into our room to start cleaning before we even checked out. The employees were rude and the “quality” of the stay was less than satisfying and 100% not worth the price. This ruined me from ever staying in another quality inn again.
