Good

Liked: The beds and very confortable pillows were heavenly! Front desk staff during check in was very nice. Location was close to Great Wolf Lodge.
Disliked: Breakfast staff left us feeling uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes and shook her head when dry cereal was spilled on the counter. She was told batter for waffle machine was gone but she did not make more although people were still coming into eat, put an emphasis on repeatedly looking at her watch although breakfast time was not over. One of the reasons we chose your motel was because you provided breakfast so the above staff was disappointing.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was very good. and close to where our class was.
Disliked: the pool was not working, breakfast there was just a waffle maker and cereal and yogurt. every other quality in has bacon or sausage scrambled eggs at least.

Save your money! Even my...

Disliked: Arrived to a room that upon opening the door was greeted by a heavily bad odor of urine. This previously has been an issue as the management had put plug-in fresheners in the outlets to help remedy the stench. The toilet didn't flush properly and was barely bolted to the floor. The sink didn't drain. The desk chair has ripped and missing pleather fabric. Bathroom floor was overly sticky. After talking to staff to be switched to another room, was told there were no others available. Asked for a discount as we paid nearly $250 and was pretty much told "take it or leave it". With 3 small children, having travelled all day, we had no choice but to stay in the room. Pool was not working. No "Quality Inn" again for this family.

I wouldn't go back.

Liked: The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast staff and menu was adequate, and replenished regularly. My granddaughter loved the waffle maker.
Disliked: Our reservation was confirmed in March 2023. The hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. I had to contact booking.com myself to fix the problem. The hotel is on a freeway exit, the room stunk, the first room we got had the toilet in pieces, the key cards did not work twice, there is no elevator for heavy luggage, and the carpet was dirty.

Liked: I liked the staff and breakfast options.
Disliked: The booking.com and their official website said they had pool and jacuzzi but neither of them were available. We were disappointed bc they were the reason to book this place. I requested some refund but they said they can’t do anything.

Not worth the money

Liked: Everything worked, towels and soap were adaquate
Disliked: Paper thin walls where tv and voices from other room could be heard easily.

Find somewhere less to stay.

Liked: Breakfast was plenty. We ate the eggs, yogurt and took some oatmeal on the road with us. There were plenty of options. I would have loved to see some fresh fruit (bananas or oranges). Only complaint was the very weak coffee. Our bed was comfortable and sheets were clean with no pet hair. That is a good thing. I've stayed in pet friendly hotels before and the sheets were covered with pet hair...gross. I was pleasently surprised that I got a good nights sleep as I don't usually sleep well in hotels.
Disliked: Weak coffee, Strong chemical/cleaning product smell in our room and an slight pet oder. The furniture in our room was very shabby and looked very worn. Every outlet/plug was so loose that our phone chargers wouldn't stay in the outlets and kept falling out. The bathroom fan/light fixture had the protective cover broken and I could see up into the crawl space above the lighting while I was taking a shower. The showerhead was old and it felt like I was taking a shower in a sprinkler. There wasn't much water pressure either. When we arrived, there were rolling laundry bins in the lobby behind the check in desk piled high with sheets, and kitchen appliances (perhaps a stove) was sitting in the main hallway, I also took notice that the jacuzzi room is being used for storage. You should probably mention that it's non-operational on your website. I couldn't tell if the hotel is being prepared for renovations but they should have the windows to the zacuzzi room covered up. You can look right in and see all the junk/ (old patio furniture, boxes, etc) piled up and doesn't make for a good first impression.
