Liked: Staff was nice and it was clean. Location was good for our purpose, 2024 ECLIPSE!
Disliked: Our room had no hot water from the time we checked in, Sunday April 7th about 6:45pm until we decided to leave on Monday April 8th about 4:30pm. We were suppose to check out on April 9th, but really NO HOT WATER!! We told the front desk the evening of April 7th and they said they would check it out, 7:00am Monday, April 8th we were told the plumbers were on the way!? We checked 4 more times and were told it was going to be fixed, nope it wasn’t. The afternoon of April 8th we told them are toilet was leaking also. Took 3 hours for them to replace a wax ring. Great location for the Eclipse of our lifetime. The staff was very accommodating and understood our frustration. We would stay again, but check everything first!

Liked: The bed was very clean and comfortable. Which was extremely appreciated. We stayed in this facility to view the solar eclipse. The location was nice as they allowed people to stay on their property to watch the eclipse. Which was very convenient. They also offered a free breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The shower had no hot water at all. We tried to contact the front desk about this but received no answer. We looked into reviews for this hotel on this site as well as Google and there were reviews from a couple months ago to about a year ago complaining that there is no hot water. There were responses from the company on the Google reviews stating they are aware of the issue and are working to get hot water. It doesn’t seem it should take months to get hot water working for this facility. This is a bare minimum commodity offered in hotels. Prior to booking they should make their guests aware that they don’t have working hot water so this is an expectation. We were disappointed as we needed to wash off and were not able to.

Liked: No hot water. Cancellations but no refund. I never made it to property

Liked: Location and cleaner than I expected
Disliked: No remote control for tv , breakfast hrs 6am to 9am , went downstairs at 6:10 no coffee yet , pretty much nothing set up for breakfast , waited on coffee and left had to be across town for a pickup at 6:30

Liked: Comfortable beds. Clean.
Disliked: No hot water the entire time we were there. When I called about the water on Saturday morning and asked if it was being fixed and she said no because it was the weekend!! Also the ice machine wasn't working so they were buying bags of ice and we were only able to get ice one time. The hotel was empty so they had 2 or 3 other rooms rented and they were all crammed by our room. Also someone was smoking in another room and it was coming into our room. It's a non-smoking facility. The other patrons were loud in the hallway and slamming doors. I called twice to the front desk to talk to a Manager and they took a message 2 times and I still haven't received a call back. I want some of my money back!!

Would stay again, but hope...

Liked: Very clean and the staff was great.
Disliked: Not sure if it was just our room, but the water didn’t get hot in the shower or sink. It wasn’t cold, but it wasn’t warm either.
