Liked: The beds were awesome, everything was clean but we got 2 roaches
Disliked: the breakfast was not that good

Disliked: Old, front door won’t close right, hinge bad. Found and killed a roach upon first arriving. No usb outlets.

It was nice just hoping...

Liked: Everything was clean and everything work well! The air conditioner was really good and the hair dryer worked well. The hotel also provided breakfast which was nice and the pool seemed really nice and cleaned too! We will be back for a next time
Disliked: I had to wait some time for the room to be ready for us even though I made a payed reservation which was a little bit disappointing. They should also fix up their juice machine because even when the employee refill it the taste was not good at all.

Disliked: After showering I walked around the room without shoes and I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were filthy. I had to wash them again and wear shoes in the room.

An uncomfortable room with cockroaches.

Liked: The hotel is well located. It has a good ice machine which was necessary for us because we traveled to Sarasota for a soccer championship. The breakfast is better than average. Unfortunately it does not have much seating capacity.
Disliked: When we arrived we were assigned room 250. It is small and especially the bathroom. The shower and toilet space is uncomfortable. Soon after we found a cockroach. After a while we realized that there were many of them. When we moved the furniture we could see that there are places in the room that have not been cleaned in a long time. There really was an invasion of cockroaches. I immediately took pictures and videos as proof of what was there. We asked the front desk to give us another room but they could only give us room 244 which was very close to the other room. We moved to another room, which had the same characteristics as the other one, but we found another cockroach. We tried to look for another hotel but we couldn't find anything that was even close to our budget, so we had to spend two nights there. In room 244 the toilet was half clogged, which was very uncomfortable. We let them know and they fixed it. In short, it is not possible to offer rooms invaded by cockroaches, that is something that goes against health.I am giving 2 stars because at least the hotel staff did something to help.
