Liked: Breakfast was package of mini bagels or a fruit cup. Disappointing. O refrigerator
Disliked: No refrigerator, no microwave. No towels in bathroom. 1/2 inch cracks around shower. Overall disappointing. So. So

Pleasant

Liked: Grab and Go Breakfast was ok, but a dining room experience would be preferable.
Disliked: It was advertised as pets free. We were charged $25 for pets! And this was at check in.

It was OK. Clean and...

Liked: Breakfast was horrible. You advertised breakfast, and it was "grab a muffin at the front desk." The room was clean.
Disliked: Either provide a better breakfast or let it be know at time of booking. The remote control didn't work. There needs to be bedside lamps. I don't want to get out of bed to turn the light off. The front desk person took a lot of smoke breaks. The coffee was cold one morning.
