Very good

Hard to beat for an...

Liked: The facilities for an extended stay are great. The front desk staff is alert and helpful. There's a laundry, and an ironing board and iron in the room. Also a decent coffee maker with actual coffee (not instant). A very large Walmart is a ten minute walk away, and open quite late. There is mall food nearby (Dominoes, Olive Garden, Dunkin', Taco Bell). There's also a fridge. Beds are fine, hot water is fine, towels are fine, WiFi is fine. I don't get up for breakfast, so I can't rate it one way or another.
Disliked: At checkin, the front desk explains the cleaning schedule, which is less frequent than daily (though it is possible to request service, in my case for coffee refills). This really didn't bother me at all, since it was clear the chain is making the staff do more with less, but I mention it in case some people might mind.

Great room and location

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little sparse

Superb

Liked: It definitely a good place stay and its cheaper the other places in the area.
Disliked: Nothing that wouldn't be being too picky. For the price it was excellent.

Located in a great location...

Liked: Room was very clean and staff was friendly. They served a nice hot and cold breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The breakfast ended at 9:30am which I thought was early.
