A truly handicapped accessible hotel

Liked: I stay in a lot of hotels, mostly in the Comfort Hotel collection, this was the FIRST trurely handicapped accessible hotel I have ever stayed in despite asking. This hotel was designed for handicapped customers from day one and it shows.. from the lowered check in desk (making it accessible and easy for wheelchair users) to the huge floor level shower which can accommodate a wheelchair or walker ( I used the fold down seat in the shower) Beyond that, breakfast was perfect with real plates and silverware ( a first for hotel breakfasts). Overall it was a wonderful place to stay

Disliked: From the last time I stayed there they still serve the same food and it was okay but they need to update and they need to have more full volume for kids and and splintered there was no splendor at all

Liked: When I walked in the lady that checked us in was very nice, smiling. Happy customer service excellent later that night we went out. Me and my boys said have a good time. I’ll be here when you get back if you need anything excellent customer service again.
