Disliked: Need to be up dated The air conditioner didn’t work well had to open windows to let breeze in Would not stay there in summer unless you up graded the air conditioners

Liked: Good size room. The staff was very helpful and understanding.
Disliked: We arrived pretty late (close to 10pm). The temperature outside by then was about 7C. Both our rooms had their window wide open, so the rooms were really chilly. Especially for me who never worked out the heater - cold night but probably from my doing. All this to say that I am all for airing the room but maybe in colder weather if by 4pm or 5pm people still haven't checked in it would be good to routinely shut the windows.

Hotel reception hostility really wrecked...

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast
Disliked: The staff at front of house was one of the rudest men I have ever met. His abrasive manner and abrupt rude demeaner had us all on the back foot. I have never encountered anything like it and never wish to again. There were spider webs in the windows on the curtains and the roof of our room and rubbish from previous occupants in the cupboard. The beds were made with a thin doona which was quite inadequate on the cold night we stayed there. There were no extra blankets in the cupboards only a rubbish bag left by previous people from a food outlet.

Disliked: We only got 2 towels for a family of 4. We didn’t ask for more because we realised too late but that was fine too. There was no lift fromThe carpark so lugging the bags up the stairs with kids was a bit annoying.
