5 star as always!!

Liked: We stay with the Puro hotel group regularly, both in Krakow and Gdansk. We stayed with Puro Star Miasto (first time) for 2 days then moved to Puro Kazimierz for 2 days. We really wish we had stayed with Puro Kazimierz for the full 4 days. Everything with them is next level. Check in was easy and our room was a quiet one on the third floor. The beds in Puro are amazing: firm but really comfortable and they give a great night’s sleep. The shower was also excellent.We opted for breakfast and it’s excellent with lots of choice, even for specialised requests such as croque madame or avocado toast. The presence of a coffee and tea machine for residents ( as in all Puro Hotels) is a great perk . There are plenty of communal seating areas to relax in around the hotel and it even has it’s own bakeryAccess to Old Town is quick via team just around the corner or you can get there via Bolt taxi for about 15-18zl.Loads to see on the doorstep of the hotel too.Staff were really friendly and professional during our stay and my wife took advantage of a free hand massage on the Monday during our stay.All in all, another 5 star experience in Puro Kazimierz and we will definitely return.
