Liked: Great space. Nice having a lounge, decent kitchen, separate bedroom and a good size bathroom. Deck and outdoor furniture.Handy to the local pub for dinner, walkable. Handy to the big tourist spot - Pancake Rocks.
Disliked: Only stayed one night

Perfect spot for relaxing night...

Liked: Perfect location right by the beach and near to the pancake rocks. Comfy beds and pillows, crisp sheets. Quiet and private. Walking distance to the pub for yummy dinner.
Disliked: Only earl grey tea bags!

Liked: Great location - fantastic sunset views with sound of the sea as you sleep.
Disliked: There were issues with the accommodation facilities - the staff were very helpful to make sure we were comfortable.

Amazing Punakaiki stay on the...

Liked: The location was perfect! The accomodations exceeded anything that I had hoped for. There was so much room in our cottage, and the kitchen had everything we would need. There was a super comfy couch, lots of room for bags, and umbrella to use if needed, and a spacious bathroom. The restaurant at the hotel check-in area was a homerun; we ate there for dinner, and then the following day for breakfast, and it was all very delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I only wish our stay was longer; I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Liked: The location was incredible, right on the sea front
Disliked: It was dirty in the corners of the room and under the furniture. Hadn't been cleaned for quite a while by the looks of how much dust there was. Otherwise it was good accomodation. I also don't think they needed all the vases and nick nacks
