Disliked: Over priced 2 coffees were over £10QR labels stuck on towels in plain sight Left hand side of toilet and shower tray debris in plain sight Pen marks on seating in plain sight Tissue box only had 3 tissues left limited hangers Carpet not cleaned properly Room smelt musty when entering Cleaning staff poor English Skirting boards in bathroom flaking, room just tired for £270 per night not acceptable

Great weekend at the Pullman...

Liked: Great location by St Pancras. Good decor, rooms and public areas. Good food, incl room service. Friendly, efficient staff.
Disliked: Given it was a weekend of big events in London it was not the best value, but the same was true for every other similar hotel due to the demand for rooms

Great location and fantastic breakfast.

Liked: Great breakfast and fantastic location. Attentive staff who were very accommodating of our family needs and children travelling with us.
Disliked: The temperature control in the room was difficult, even on full fan it was consistently too hot through the day and night in the room. Overpowering smell of cleaning product in corridors and lifts.

Don't stay here in winter...

Liked: The hotel is modern and near kings kross st pancras station
Disliked: The Air conditioning system is very bad, I have called and visit the reception to fix it but they told me this is our A/C in the winter it is like fan ! I could not sleep due to the room is hot.The location is not easy for UBER users most of the drivers were cancelling and rounding without being able to know the enterance.One day the fire and gas system at 9 am is activated and the whole hotel geustes were evacuated to the assembly area we spent about half hour due to false alarm.
