Very much as expected -...

Liked: Convinient to find and travel around the city, and to the cricket at Lords
Disliked: It was very during the nights, so when its particulary hot in London sleeping is a challenge

Disliked: There is no AC in the dormitories, just 2 toilets for at least 20 people . And 4 showers where is the light is going off while you are showering because it’s sensor lights which is opens only once you enter the shower hall . But later just you and the darkness

Liked: The location of the accommodation was handy, being near Paddington Station and tube stations. It was a last ditch attempt to book something affordable in London which we were initially relieved to find.
Disliked: The hostel was dirty with the one toilet I used being filthy; the bedding didn't seem to have been washed. Upon arriving in the hostel room after a day out, I found someone else already sleeping in my allotted bunk. The night member of staff behaved rudely and didn't want to co-operate when this was mentioned. He then directed me to another bunk which turned out to be someone else's bunk! The room was also very noisy from the street below, so I barely slept. I have used a number of hostels previously, but this was well below the standard of those.
