Pleasant

Liked: The size was perfect and surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: There was a foul smell coming up from the drain pipes in the ensuite bathroom, I had to keep pouring water down the floor drain. The shower in the ensuite also hadn’t been cleaned there was hair and scum. The clothes dryer didn’t work properly and the clothes airers out on the balcony were both broken and finally the lounge needs replacing, it is so uncomfortable.

Disliked: Dirty. Parking is only for small vehicles. 2m clearance in basement.

Disliked: The fridge defrosted all over the floor during the night.

I stay at North Shore...

Liked: Location, having a balcony, closeness to shops and having strolls around the lake.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Great stay

Liked: Loved that location was central, clean rooms and facilities. Great view from tge balcony
Disliked: Limited parking for high clearance vehicles
