Short and it's good like that!

Liked: The photo advertised is not what it actually is. The main disappointment comes from this deception. Hence, the price paid is steep for what you get. There is also the issue that some rooms are undergoing refurbishment, hence creating noises and dust. I believe that the owners should put this kind of updates so that the customers know what they are really booking.
Disliked: One of the girls was really engaging. She actually changed my room to an upgraded one in order to increase my level of satisfaction. She also moved me from the refurbishment area.

Nice stay

Liked: Staff were nice, the entrance looked well, and it was quite. It was a good place to stay for one person.
Disliked: I missed a free-standing desk to do some work.

Superb location!

Liked: The location is excellent nearby the Easton Station. It is quite quiet neighbourhood, the hotel is small, but we were very comfortable.

Really great place, great location,...

Liked: The staff were amazing, especially given that we were just entering into the pandemic. They were helpful, chatty and gave me great advice. It was a nerve-wracking time and full respect to all of them for continuing to work and so professionally. The place could not have been cleaner.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was just perfect! Staff were very polite and helpful, room was amazing, perfectly clean, comfortable! I reccomend to everyone! This will definitely be my choice in the future as well!
Disliked: I loved everything!

Nice stay, will consider again...

Liked: We travelled to London with Eurostar to St. Pancras wich was literally around the corner. Great, because the next day we had to leave early again. We arrived before check-in but reception was very friendly and we could leave our luggage there to get some breakfast.
Disliked: My only complaint would be that our room was hot.

Cheap as chips, clean as...

Liked: This hotel is in an older building, which I find rather charming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Despite the tiny room, there was space for what we needed, a TV, a kettle, a sink in the room (bathrooms are shared), and space to hang and store things. The nature of the building means things are quirky - one of the shared shower rooms on our floor was literally just a door with a shower behind it, not more than six inches between the two - but honestly, the price cannot be beat, and it is within just a couple minutes' walk of St Pancras/Kings Cross. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: As above, space is not generous. This didn't bother us at all, but it might bother some. Sharing a bathroom is also not suitable for everyone - though we never had to wait and the shared facilities were very clean. Stairs are narrow and steep - three flights in our case - which, again, didn't bother us but could be problematic for some people.
