Excellent

Liked: Very good location. Was able to leave bags before checking in and once checked out. Super useful and close to Paddington station. All staff were super friendly and our room was clean and just what we needed

Convenient but improvements needed.

Liked: Comfortable bed and convenient for a night inbetween travelling.
Disliked: Bad smells from the bathroom drains and extremely hot in the room.

Value stay at Prince William...

Liked: Good location, near paddington station. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Value for money.
Disliked: Rooms are non-air conditioned. Can get hot during summer though they provide fans.

Liked: We choose this accomodation mainly due to its proximity to Paddington Station. So our expectations were satisfied. Furthermore I want to point out, that the staff was really helpful and polite.
Disliked: While our room in general was rather nice, unfortunatly it was located in the basement/Souterrain which resulted in a musty smell.

Hot and uncomfortable

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room was unbearably hot, the hallways were very well air conditioned which doesn’t make any sense. At the very least you expect comfort but unfortunately it was far from it!

Just acceptable

Liked: The location was great and the space in the room was quite decent. The coffee, tea and bottle of water in the room were replaced daily.
Disliked: The bed was extremely small. The double bed didn't even reach 140 cm. The shower was coming out of different parts because it wasn't properly fitted. The sink was extremely low. Even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door, one of the staff simply walked in. To top it off, we arrived in our room and found the two cups and spoon used for coffee on the bathroom sink.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Central location.
Disliked: There is a damp smell in the hotel. Rooms are very small and in need of fresh air. Rooms have no AC. Windows can not be opened. It was difficult to sleep. Water pressure was poor.
