Liked: It. Is nice places to say and the locason is good.
Disliked: I like the the room and brecfast. The room had a nice bed and a nice shower.

Liked: Location is excellent, close to Paddington station. Nice bathroom with a large walkin shower. Big window that opens
Disliked: The room is so small for a double room you cant pass around the bed you have to go over the bed.There was a TV but there were no TV channels

This hotel is not what...

Liked: Location is the best value of this hotel. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was very small and not like on the pictures. We stayed in a triple room, which did not have enough space for three people. We had one poor quality window, that was closed, but it felt like it was open. The wind was blowing through the window and everything outside could be heard. It was very cold. The walls were also thin and everything going on in other hotel rooms could be heard. Towels were changed daily, but they were all stained. Our floors were not cleaned once in six days. There was no safe or mini fridge in the room. We had only one small mirror, that was in the toilet. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the dining room was so small that you had to wait in a queue to get a table.

Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was the worst we experienced so far in many countries and in several trips in London. The room smelt humid. The night between saturday and sunday, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise (and a light flashing on the ceiling) above us, we guess because of people preparing the breakfast room. The monday morning, the room for the breakfast was not big enough to welcome everybody. We don't like complaining but if the employee had asked us how was our stay when we checked out, we would tell her. But she didn't even ask.
