Exceptional

Everything was so small.

Liked: The property itself was lovely and the amenities around were great. Close to underground.
Disliked: Our room was so tiny for a two people . We had to move the bedside table to close the bathroom door. The bathroom so so tiny felt like you had to back in just to use the toilet. The shower you could not escape the water. Breakfast needs to be better organised. Maybe give people a set time for breakfast. As not enough tables for guests.

Acceptable, but not confortable.

Liked: The location is good and convenient, as it's three blocks from Paddington underground and railway station.
Disliked: The rooms do not have a minibar or air conditioning, which makes the stay a bit miserable. You can't sleep well with the window open (it only opens two fingers' length), and on hot days, the room temperature is unsuitable for a good night's sleep and rest. There is also the negative factor of not having a minibar in the flat, which deprives us of a cold drink and is inconvenient.

Liked: Great location and clean room.
Disliked: Very crowded and cramped.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was very accommodating in taking our bags early on the day of our arrival. Room was a great size for the 3 of us. Staff very friendly and breakfast was lovely. Again the hotel accommodated us in keeping our bags from when we checked out at 11 to when we left for the airport at 4. Would definitely stay again. Great location to the underground and to Paddington train station to get to the airport.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Tiny rooms but great location...

Liked: Very tiny space, barely bigger than the bed, but it definitely served the purpose and it was very clean. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Tiny rooms.

Disliked: The bathroom lightis on sensors and it turned on and off all night

Will definitely book here when...

Liked: The hotel is small but very cozy. The location is perfect and in a pretty neighborhood. The metrostation is a 5 minute walk and pretty big with a supermarket inside and some other stores. There’s also a blank street across from the metro station for my fellow matcha lovers ;)
