Liked: Perfect location for my needs.Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Very enjoyable break with family...

Liked: Superb breakfast with an excellent choice. Good location only 5 minutes walk from Russell Square underground station. Friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Air conditioning would make the rooms more comfortable.

A solid three star stay

Liked: The staff were consistently pleasant and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The property offers a wide range of on-site facilities, which made everything convenient and hassle-free. My room was well-maintained, and the bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would happily return.
Disliked: While the hotel overall has potential, a few aspects left me underwhelmed. I found that breakfast wasn’t particularly good value for money, so I chose not to avail of it during my stay. The rooms themselves, although comfortable enough, tended to get a little stuffy over time. In addition, the noise from nearby building works outside the hotel made it difficult to fully unwind, particularly in rooms facing that direction. These factors took away somewhat from the overall experience.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. Was able to get a nice meal as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not able to have the breakfast we had ordered as we had to leave before breakfast started. Would have liked to be offered something.
