Liked: Well situated, good breakfast, nice room, good beds, good storage space, good shower.
Disliked: No air conditioning.

Liked: Hotel staff very friendly and very helpful.Excellent arrangements for my gluten free breakfast. Brilliant location. Room very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: I visited in hot, humid weather and the room was very hot. Open windows and a fan, not enough for a comfortable nights sleep.

I would definitely recommend it!...

Liked: location is excellent, 2 minutes ealk from russel square
Disliked: when we visited, it had high temperatures in London. Room did not have air conditioning. There was a fan which we used instead. Other than that, everything was really nice, room was clean, towels were changed upon request on daily basis, breakfast was amazing, all good!

Reasonably priced for where and...

Liked: Staff and cleanliness were great, hotel bar was reasonably priced.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the rooms and the kitchen extractor fan was right outside our room window and stayed on all night, if staying anywhere around room 168 request a room move asap

Liked: Very efficient and friendly reception staff and a fabulous Bar
Disliked: No A/C in the room and no fridge or full length mirror. Rooms could do with a refurb
