Liked: easy walk from tube station can get there by bus from kings cross stationboth tube and bus stops nearby not far from british museum
Disliked: given its title etc ive stayed in better premier inns and travel lodgesRestaurant undergoing refurb chaotic serviceOne young woman left to manage on her own while another young man avoided any engagement other than work he wanted to dobar full of glasses manager kept disappearing

Liked: The hotel location is amazing.
Disliked: The bedroom furniture and the shower water pressure is unacceptable.

Clean room the only positive

Liked: Very poor mannered receptionist no hello she just didn’t seem to be bothered just handed the card machine very poor customer service
Disliked: Building works noisy Monday morning

To sum up- great location...

Liked: The location, the proximity to the underground and the cleanliness of the room
Disliked: The room was super clean; the bed was comfortable; the hotel in under renovation; we were not informed about that. On the first morning we woke up due to hammer noices and people who were passing back and forth behind room’s window. It could be nice to be informed about that during check it, including noice hours

Liked: Great location, near subway station and places for food. Beds are comfortable. Free water fountain. No charge for keeping luggages.
Disliked: Hallway is outdated. Bathroom is old. No hair conditioner. No air conditioner. No refrigerator.
