Liked: Location but I couldn’t even sleep there it was that bad
Disliked: Upon arrival, I discovered mould visibly growing up the walls, what appeared to be urine stains on the walls, and an overall level of cleanliness that was completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no reception on site – instead, keys were left with a nearby hotel, who were unable to assist me in any way, including changing rooms.Given the uninhabitable condition of the room and lack of support, I had no choice but to immediately find and book alternative accommodation at short notice, which of course was significantly more expensive. This second hotel was made solely due to the situation caused by the original property.

Liked: Excellent proximity to Exhibition Centre - and really good value for money. Comfortable basic room and very helpful staff.
Disliked: No hairdryer in room.

Liked: We were able to have a good rest before our early flight, the bed and pillow were comfy, the bathroom was not very nice but it had all the services.
