Liked: Complimentry EV charger, location
Disliked: Not particularly, would have been nice to be able to open windows during day, the entrance driveway had a couple of very large pot holes we had to avoid, how hard would ot have been to drop a couple of shovels of gravel in them until fixed properly? Our EV has low clearance, and grounding put can damage the batteries which is very major issue.

Kids friendly and good value...

Liked: The location is so close to everything. We have a two year old travelling with us, this place is the only one does not charge us extra! There is a good sized kids playground on site. The staff who welcomed us was super friendly and understanding. We would definitely go back.
Disliked: Not a lot, the TV is big slow to change channels and the bathtub has aging marks, but didn’t bother us too much.

Great Property in a Quaint...

Liked: Spacious property in a great location surrounded by nature. Staff were friendly and generous, and even offered a later check in as I was running late due to Easter holiday traffic (thankfully I made it on time!). The room was always stocked with tea, coffee and milk; the pools were great as we still had some warm Easter days; and the pub across the road was awesome, 10% discount as part of your accommodation and I smashed a delicious steak and veg! I chose Potters Apartments over other places for the affordability and close proximity to the Hunter Valley Wildlife Park, which was about 5min drive away. I had a great stay and love to support local!
Disliked: Don’t expect hotel luxury. The apartments are tucked away in the Aussie bushland, and occasionally I was met with random mozzies or spiders. The bathroom isn’t swanky either, but hey, I came here to get away from the city, and I wasn’t looking for slick high rise hotels. Potters Apartments was a great choice right in the Hunter Valley, to get away from the city and experience a change of scenery.

Liked: We’ve been here many times and I’ve always had a pleasant stay. The property has got all the things we needed and we especially like using the swimming pool as there was no one there. You can also get room service from the brewery and pick your own lemons.
Disliked: It would be great if there was another cooking facility. Perhaps another barbecue or something inside the room like a small stove top this would allow us to stay for longer.
