Great hotel, clean, tidy, well...

Liked: The breakfast that we had paid for in advance when making the booking was very well priced and a large array of options were available, the room was very clean, well presented and comfortable.
Disliked: No major dislikes, only personal preference was to have a more firmer pillow, but out of the four of us staying in the room, two prefer firmer and two preferred the ones supplied - as I say personal preference.

Liked: Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff were incompetent, disorganised , loads of things not working , empty pool very disappointing!! At the time of booking saw the pictures of the pool and expected it to be open. At the bar stock very low hardly any choice on red wine !!! First night there was a choice of 4 red wines 2nd night of our stay only a choice of 2 red wines !!! Draft beer wasn’t working !!!Inconsistent with rules regarding pets , we had a dog with us and the rules on where we could sit and eat changed very time we came to the restaurant!!!
