Best location, walkable main sight...

Liked: The view from the patio, the loft and two toilets, the shower was hot and amazing. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the the breakfast staff were so friendly. The location was so convenient, umbrellas available on rainy days, everything was wonderful, we will return.
Disliked: Not much, it was great!

Liked: Great location. Loved the common spaces. Rooms were comfortable but could be larger. We parked our car in a lot and had a long walk, you should include parking instructions on your website. We were told one was close by after we already parked.

Liked: I can not imagine a nicer hotel in Porto. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Amazing attentive staff. Delicious incredible breakfast. We LOVED all of it.

Disliked: Driving into Porto and finding the garage near to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare with bad traffic and road detours. But hotel staff was most helpful in coming to help us with our luggage from the garage to the hotel.

They felt they overcharged for...

Liked: The breakfast was quite good but was expensive at 22€ and the view was amazing. The restaurant food was subpar, and the wait staff was slow and overwhelmed. Also, I was given a free drink ticket upon my arrival at reception only to discover it was basically a five € voucher which, given the very high cost of the room, was cheap behaviour.
