Disliked: The part we were put in looked like it was under construction. None of the light switches worked and the floor was really dirty. Some of that went onto the bed and dust got in our eyes while getting into bed.

Liked: Our room wasn't ready at the time they said so we were upgraded which was really nice of them.
Disliked: Even though we were upgraded the room was over all clean other then a sticky spot under dinning table black hair was in the bathroom on the sink and when we used the washer there was unused tampons in there and when we checked the clothes mid cycle there.

Liked: I was happy with the location. I think the size and the layout of the suite was very nice.
Disliked: Unexpected fees at check-in. Staff doesn't care. Dirty ROOM & halls. Huge urine stained mattress only covered with a sheet. The kitchen sink/microwave placement is dangerous, leaned over sink a bit & hit my head on the microwave. And so much more...

Disliked: no blinds on our patio door, The knob on the furnace was upside down so it was blowing cold air instead of warm. There was a cleaning sponge left on the bathroom floor. Water was burning hot, wasnt able to have a cold cup of water to drink from the sink

Liked: Good value for the money. Waterpark was pretty decent for the price.
Disliked: Check-in was pretty slow and there were several piles of garbage and towels in the hallway when checking in. Overall the cleanliness was lacking.
