Overall had an excellent time. Loved how the pool was on the top floor with an outside balcony. I've never been to a hotel with such amazing, friendly service. Awesome job! Was not too happy with the 9p.m. noise complaint as there were only 2 of us in the room and I did not think we were loud at all, nor did the staff that came to the door. But we did tune it down (to basically whispering, literally) and did not let them ruin our time :)

Liked: Service was beyond excellent!
Disliked: Found a floss stick in our room, but other than that, the room was clean.

Superb

Liked: Personnel was very friendly, helpful and kind. We have visited the lounge for breakfast and snacks, which was very convenient. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The carpets and furnitures were a bit old in the room.

We loved the location. Might...

Liked: The location was unbeatable.
Disliked: Our rooms were tired and hot/stuffy. The beds seemed very soft.
