Location, clean , happy employees...

Liked: Location, and the air con ! As the temperatures in London were so hot!
Disliked: The doors to the front wish they were automatic one is but the other is not making it challenging with suitcases.

Liked: I loved that it was close to the underground/train station, local shops, and close enough to go sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel entrance/lobby was clean and my overall stay was very pleasant.
Disliked: The rumbling of the underground didn't really bother me at all, but it may bother other people. It's not very loud, though, to disturb your sleep.In the room, I had to manually turn on my air con as the controller on the wall didn't work. The room was clean, but it wasn't fully clean, and there were some minor things things missed, such as the corners of the room, the bottom of the bathroom door still had spray marks on it and there was a mark on the sheet but nothing i wanted to complain over as I always pray the sheets with antibacterial spray before I go out and again before I go in the shower and jump into bed. Honestly, I have nothing really to complain about at all.I think I'll always choose Point A hotels to stay in now.Paddington was my second, Liverpool Street was my first just 3 weeks apart from each other.

Liked: Good location, very small room but it was fine for a short stay. Staff were helpful and we were able to check in early.
