Great room, great location, great...

Liked: We had a great room on the 3rd floor, clean, modern and comfortable. We were able check in early. Great location for everything, 35 mins walk through hyde park to Harrods etc, great location for the concert we were going to in Hyde park
Disliked: Nothing for our stay, I don't think I would have liked being on the lowest floor as there is a slight noise of the subway when your on ground floor in reception not sure if this carries upto the first floor or not.

Tired AF!

Liked: Point A is well located, clean, with really friendly and helpful staff and very good for the cost of one night
Disliked: But!!!!!! Contrary to all the good reviews my experience of the hotel was pretty much terrible. I lay there all night trying to sleep imagining the film scenes where the room shook and things fell off the wall when trains passed by... this is what my room was like. Every 5 minutes until past midnight, then resuming at 5:30 am. How are would anyone be expected to rest, when you may aswell have your bed situated on the tube platform that seemingly runs directly below the lower floors of the place? Regardless, i came to london for work and was hoping for a nice relaxing, restful evening beforehand... nothing of the sort, utter joke!

Good for a stop over....

Liked: Central location. Good walking distance from Paddington station and Hyde Park area
Disliked: Room was quite small. Ok for one night. Bed was comfy but mattress felt a bit bouncy/cheap.

Perfect for a one night...

Liked: Very convenient location as we were attending a concert in Hyde Park! We were also able to check in a little earlier which was useful. Comfortable rooms & friendly staff - can’t go wrong for a couple of nights max.
Disliked: The room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve stayed in, but we were only staying for one night so this wasn’t too much of an issue. The windowless room wasn’t much cheaper than one of the window rooms and it was a little disconcerting. I’d just pay the extra for a room with a window next time.
