A warm, clean, and convenient...

Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—always greeting with a warm smile, which made me feel so welcome. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the healthy breakfast options instead of the usual heavy English breakfast. The location is also perfect, being so close to both Paddington Station and Edgware Station, making travel around London very convenient. Highly recommended!

Liked: Location of the hotel was good the room was initially very clean and the staff where nice people and good to deal with
Disliked: You can hear underground plain as day from underground rooms had to move upstairs the rooms down there where terrible noisy . The fact they don’t clean rooms on a 3 night stay is weird and strange as your coming into a mess if you don’t clean yourself after day 1 or 2 also storage space for clothes very very very limited if you have a 20kg bag forget about it don’t stay here . Also 1 iron for the hole hotel I get iron room yes but Coldplay concert on and that means 4 people waiting for iron didn’t tink about that Room is too small should have multiple irons and ironing boards

Liked: Charging such an amount without breakfast is ridiculous for the standard of such a hotel
Disliked: The room is extremely small no wardrobe not even a table.

Clean, comfortable and great value...

Liked: Really clean and comfortable rooms, great for what we needed.
Disliked: Noise from the underground through the walls as we were situated downstairs in the basement with no window.
