Point A Hotel London Paddington

Liked: Great service and great location to Paddington station, I chose this hotel as it wasn’t to far for my grandson to walk to once we arrived in London.
Disliked: The staff made the stay as they were extremely helpful, room was great, a little on the small size but enough for a break away ! Breakfast was great continental but would have liked toast.

Passable but with a few...

Liked: Nice bedroom and comfortable beds with a nice view of the Main Street and plenty of light into the space.
Disliked: The checking was not as smooth as could be expected as I was given passkeys which did not work and the room number was also written incorrectly. Also as a safety note the night porter was not at reception desk when I returned late in the evening as another guest was having issues getting back into the reception area.

Good Hotel - annoying cleaner

Liked: The location was good and the rooms were really good and clean and tidy, the hotel was a lovely hotel to stay in and the facilities all good as well
Disliked: We stayed the night after running the London marathon and did not appreciate the cleaner banging the door opposite ours at 8am this morning, check out isn’t until 11am and when you’re that exhausted you need to rest which we weren’t able to do as we were rudely awoken.

Disliked: Small rooms, tiny bathroom and the matress was a bit broken

The noise of metro is...

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The metro makes the building shake. We had a room in the basement and the tube noise woke us up at 5am. We complained and were relocated to another room, and they gave us a breakfast for free. In the whole buiding you can here the metro, even in the 4th floor. If we would have known that, we would have picked another hotel.

Liked: Location was superb and as a person who was booking a room for my family that was traveling without me-I had a very good contact with the staff by messages about the booking and the whole stay of my husband and son.
