Great location, helpful and friendly...

Great location, clean & comfortable...

Liked: Great location with clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: WiFi was down for a bit and very slow when running.

Decent stay

Liked: Good location. Coffee and Tea for free in the morning. Nice rooftop with a bar.
Disliked: Room very very small, I had to keep my suitcase closed and standing to be able to open and close the room door. Internet was down for about a day, it caused that I had to buy extra data to be able to work in the evening and the morning from the room. The room had a loud sound every 15 minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night- after I complained they gave me a new room, which was fine (bigger) but the water pressure in the shower was that strong that hurt.

Liked: Perfect location, clean and nice stuff.There was a option to have cofee and tea in the morning.

Very good

Liked: Cheap and cheerful. Good location close to Grand Central Station. Housekeeping every day with very nice staff.
Disliked: Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Carpet could do up with an update in the room and the stainless steel doors could do with cleaning.

Love this hidden gem in...

Liked: Early check in, very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable coffee lounge, beautiful outdoor rooftop lounge, great linens.
Disliked: Top bunk was a little challenging to get into given the location of the flat screen TV at the foot of the bed.

Good

Liked: Room was quiet and comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: WIFI wasn't as performant as I would have liked. I had a bit work to complete during my trip that required downloading large amounts of data and ended up having to rely on my phone's data plan.

Disliked: It's too small and there was no water for guest to drink, other than that it's okay. Probably because i didn't pay attention to details when booking
