Liked: Excellent location with amazing views. Club deck was a real treat that we didn’t have time to make the most of.
Disliked: Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Main breakfast room was chaotic and offerings not great. Was not told that Club room breakfast was on 2nd floor.

Disliked: Black mold in the room, ants in the washer and dryer on the 10th floor, breakfast is poor even for a hotel, you get treated poorly by the older staff member who is working the sky bar when you ask for the drinks/snacks you pay for to be club level

Liked: The quality for what was offered was great. Nice big room . Staff was really friendly.
Disliked: You have to use your key card to get into the hotel, to pick which floor on the elevator and to get into your room. It just seemed a bit much. The pillows were small and we needed extra

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, amenities were nice. Good size room. Awesome views. Heated pool.
Disliked: The breakfast options were very limited, no scrambled eggs, or meat options. Cream cheese ran out for a few days, Limited creamer options. No hot chocolate for kids.
