Very spacious, great for travel...

Liked: It was a very spacious room! I was able to fit my baby’s pack and play right next to the bed. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Liked: I stayed at another Residence Inn on my last trip in Oct. 2024 and the let out was infested with Bed Bugs and the room was not as comfortable. My phone didn't work so I couldn't set the wake up call. Breakfast was not worth getting up for unless you wanted coffee. This stay was by far better!! Much improved. No complaints.

Liked: The reception lady was not welcoming. There was continuous loud sounds till 1am, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom was too cramped and wash basin was clogged. The breakfast was basic and with very less choices.

Liked: Jay Jay was amazing! A great interaction and face to see when you're checking in and tired from traveling. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious, nice amenities, good location.
Disliked: There were a few small fixes that could have been done like spraying kilz in the vents and filling the holes from a previous towel bar. Kilz could help the air quality by killing possible bacteria. There was also a few small stains on a pillow. Since they're white, if they're stained, it's probably best to toss them or use pillow cases.
