Liked: Reception lady was lovely and helpful when I had to go and ask for a tv remote control as there wasn’t one in the room
Disliked: It needs an update on decor as it still had the old premier inn decor

Average, but good value.

Liked: The location was good, within 10 minutes of where we needed to be during the day,. Two of the three staff we encountered were lovely, while the other was unhelpful and rude. The beds were very comfortable (I asked if it was OK for me to use the single bed as my husband has to use a CPAP machine which is quite noisy, and the receptionist very pleasantly agreed). The facilities were good though the bathroom was rather basic - no shelf or cupboard to put toilet bags once you've taken the toiletries out.Overall, value for money with a handy pub on site.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Tucked away nicely next to The Yarrow Bridge pub which made it very convenient, to meet friends and relax. Great little place. Very comfortable and great room and facilities. For the price i'd stay there without hesitation.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike at all. Unless of course you're expecting 5* all inclusive. Then you'll dislike it.

Pleasent stay for 1 night

Liked: It was close to where we were going for our family reunion.
Disliked: The overall impression of the building was old and could do with a referb but it served our purpose for one night and we would return if in the area again.
