Disliked: Remote for tv was missing. Receptionist was going to replace imediately but I wasnt concerned

Bit miffed

Liked: The welcome note and mints the bathroom soaps etc,the room was very tidy and clean and lots of room.
Disliked: The issue with not being able to connect my fire tv cube to the Internet,which I did report to the guy on the desk but was told that the WiFi is working but he can't really comment about external devices yet my phone connected no problem,I thought he might have at least come to my room to investigate the problem but he never offered and kept repeating that he knows the WiFi is definitely working.I stay in a lot of hotels and have never come across this problem before.In the end I had to use my phone as a hot-spot to connect my cube and use my personal data of which I only have a certain amount.If as I suspect that the WiFi has a block on it to connect certain devices then I think it only fair that there should be some sort of explanation in the description of your facilities.
