Liked: The bellboy, front desk, bar and wait staff were very nice.
Disliked: The food was not fresh and there was a lot of noise on my floor so we did not get any rest!

Barely average and i would...

Liked: The hotel is in downtown, walking distance from chatham, mercy, and duquesne. THe front desk staff are very nice. the rooms are big. i am not sure there are any other advantages. i did not eat in the restaurant.
Disliked: parking is $40 a night if. you self park and $50 a night for the valet. and the valet expects to be tipped on top of that. There is nothing special about the room. i do not think there is value for money in this hotel. The free coffee in the room and at breakfast does not taste good. and $25 for breakfast is absurd.

Disliked: There was no free breakfast $50 for two people for a basic breakfast that you would get at any other hotel $50 for parking you could not park around the building you had to pay the $50
